China was HEN HAO! :)

I LOVED CHINA!!! It was a wonderful experience. I learned so much! It changed my life! Here were some of the highlights:

- Hong Kong: lunch with the Asia Area President in Hong Kong, Victoria Peak, hiking to the 10,000 Bhuddas Temple, watching the light show at Victoria Harbor, attending a session at the Hong Kong Temple
- Shanghai: the World Expo 2010!!
- sleeper train: from Shanghai to Xiamen, and Xiamen to Wuyi Mountain
- Xiamen University: beautiful campus, great class, good students, running around the track in the mornings, swimming in the lake, lunch at the cafeteria, ice cream
- Xiamen: fish pond, Bhuddist temple, botanical gardens, beach, biking, shopping at Zhongsan Lui, Gulangyu, having Church via skype with all the ex-pats in China, Tulou, KTV
- Suzhou: Zhouzhang (China's Venice), Humble Administrator Gardens
- Nanjing: Ming Tombs, Sun Yat-Sen's Masoleum, Presidential Palace
- Guilin: walking along the Li River, view from mountaintops, sunset over Guilin, boatride down the Li River, AMAZING!!
- Yangshuo: riding a bamboo raft and having a water fight on the Li River, GORGEOUS!
- Xi'an: Xi'an city wall, Wild Goose Pagoda, terracota warriors, Muslim district
- Wuyi-shan: hiking!!!, rafting, more hiking!!! BEAUTIFUL!
- Beijing: Church in Beijing ex-pat branch, Temple of Heaven, Tianamen Square, Forbidden City, THE GREAT WALL, Summer Palace, Olympic Bird's Nest and Water Cube, visiting the Embassy and meeting Ambassador Huntsman
- a new adventure, challenge, surprise, or something different every day :)
- Sixteen airports (SLC, SEA, YVR, HKG, PVG, XMN, SHA, NKG, KWL, WUH, XIY, KHN, WUS, PEK, SFO, HNL), eleven places of residences, six roommates, five tour guides, six+ buses, two trains, many taxis, one boat, two rafts, three bikes, lots of new food, and many cicadas in the trees :)
- good friends! :)
- learning some Chinese and getting to know some really neat people
- gaining an even greater appreciation for the freedoms and blessings I enjoy
- learning about prayer, charity, faith, service, being humble and open
- lots of good pictures and wonderful memories and stories for a long time!!!

I'm going to CHINA!!! :)

It's official! I bought my tickets and will be spending most of June and July in China! :) 喜
