Adventures in DC (part II)

This title could have MANY parts by the end of the summer. :) There are just so many neat, wonderful, exciting things to see and do here in DC.

Here are some pictures from the last week, which include: the King Kamehameha statue at the Capitol decorated for his birthday, the White House, the Red Cross, the Holocaust Museum, Jefferson Memorial, FDR Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial, the Capitol, Arlington Cemetery, the Iwo Jima Memorial, and some of my favorite items at the American History Museum, Natural History Museum, Air & Space Museum, and the National Art Galleries.

Not pictured, but other fun adventures of the week: work on some exciting projects at the GAO, the National Portrait Gallery, Chinatown, National Geographic, institute with the Colonial wards, ward temple night with the DC 2nd ward, grocery shopping in the city, working out at the gym, doing laundry, and cleaning my room. :)

I love walking and jogging around to explore the city; the metro's not bad either. I also love stopping to look at maps as they help me form the map of the city in my head. :) I love DC! :)
